Dragon fruit is a fruit tree belonging to the cactus family, group of dry tropical plants, originating in the desert region of Mexico and Columbia. Dragon fruit was brought to Vietnam by the French in the 19th century, scattered in the garden, until the 1980s was planted commercially.
